The goal has been to get out there 5 days each week, but I fell short this week.  I did extend my individual runs though to keep me on track to reach my weekly goal.  Runs on the treadmill feel very different than runs outside.  I definitely prefer outside runs.  They're more challenging and better for clearing the head too.  


Pretty excited that 5 miles seems to becoming the default distance.  It wasn't that long ago that 3 miles was my default.  Booyah!
